Since the day we first released our bottled butter coffee, we've been experimenting with new and creative ways to include it in our every day diet.

 

Today, we have mastered a superfood smoothie bowl using our Cappuccino bottled butter coffee as the base.

 

Try it out for a quick and easy breakfast meal that provides a sustainable buzz from butter coffee along with a healthy dose of alkalizing and protein-rich spinach, banana, cinnamon, and all the superfoods your heart could desire.

Cappuccino Smoothie Bowl Recipe

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup of ice

  • 1 bottle of Picnik Cappuccino bottled butter coffee

  • ½ cup frozen spinach

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • Optional additional add-ins: frozen berries, nut butter, and additional whey or collagen for a protein boost

 

Directions:

 

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If your smoothie comes out too thin for a smoothie bowl, add another ½ of banana or ½ avocado.
  3. Add ice as needed.
  4. Top with your favorite superfoods including shredded coconut, chia seeds, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, goji berries, blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries. Get creative and make it your own!
