#1 Elderberry Syrup
Take 1 tablespoon of elderberry syrup daily to help relieve a cough or respiratory symptoms. Use of the elderberry plant for healing dates back to the beginning of time. Hippocrates—also known as the father of modern medicine—honored the plant as his "medicine cabinet" because of its ability to naturally cure illnesses.
The government even used the power of the plant to fight the flu during the 1995 Panama flu epidemic. For the best results, take within 48 hours of the first sign of your symptoms.

#2 Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic
This drink is made up of 4 main components:
- 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 - 2 tablespoons raw, local honey
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- Pinch of black pepper
In a glass, add 1 - 2 tablespoons of raw, local honey. The quality of the honey is important as raw honey has not been heated so it still contains the enzymes, vitamins, and phytonutrients that will support you best throughout this time.
To the glass add 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (we recommend Bragg brand), 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, a pinch of black pepper, and 12 ounces of hot water. Stir until the honey is dissolved and sip slowly. If the taste of the apple cider vinegar is too strong for you, add more water after you have taken a few sips.
While it may not taste the best the first time you try it, apple cider vinegar is one of the best possible things you can put in your body. It is one of the oldest, most powerful, healing home remedies imaginable.

- 12 ounces unsalted, unseasoned bone broth
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed or crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Pinch of cayenne
Press or crush garlic cloves and add to glass along with salt, ginger, cayenne, and 12 ounces hot bone broth. It's important that the bone broth be unsalted and unseasoned since you are adding additional spices in. If you are local to Austin, we sell this by the quart at all locations.
