Where does Picnik ship?
We currently ship only within the continental US, but our goal is to bring butter coffee to the world. Let us know where you live!

How much does shipping cost?
Ground shipping is free!

I placed my order, what's the next step?
When your order is complete, we’ll send you an email confirmation. Then, we’ll process the order and ship it out. Once product has left our facility, we’ll send you an email notification with tracking information and an expected delivery date!

What forms of payment do you accept?
We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?
We can only accept one promo code per order.

How do I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us within four hours of placing your order to cancel or make changes to your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription?
